Please keep in mind that Medicaid only allows one evaluation per calendar year. Regardless of completion, we will bill Medicaid for what was accomplished. 

 

We have achieved provisional Essential Safety Net Provider status in Colorado, which signifies that we, as a behavioral health provider are recognized by the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) as a critical component of the state's safety net system, dedicated to offering comprehensive behavioral health services to all individuals, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. We serve several priority populations and are accessible during tiems that meet the needs of the populations we serve. We cannot refuse treatment based on an individual's insurance coverage, lack thereof, or ability to pay, and must refer individuals whose needs cannot be met at KPS to appropriate practices that can better serve their needs. We demonstrate a commitment to delivering essential behavioral health services, ensuring that care is accessible and equitable for all individuals in need.
