Policy Information

For Private Pay Clients

Payment is required prior to the start of the evaluation. Payments are nonrefundable​ If we do not receive payment, we will withhold report until payment is received in full.

For Health First Colorado (Medicaid) Clients

Please keep in mind that Medicaid only allows one evaluation per calendar year. Regardless of completion, we will bill Medicaid for what was accomplished.
