Our approach merges evidence-based research, DEIA best practices, and clinical expertise to meet the needs of your neurodistinct workforce population and the surrounding team. We also provide multi-disciplinary support from neurodiversity-informed consultants with legal, HR, ADA, DEIA, and/or people management expertise to ensure your experience is holistic and based on current industry best practices.
