Krishna Cousins

Krishna Cousins, M.A. (she/her) is a fourth-year student in the University of Denver's Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology. Her clinical emphasis has been working with children, adolescents, and families delivering therapy and assessment. Her skills include conversational Spanish language abilities, trauma-informed care and harm reduction. She has a particular interest in working with neurodiverse and neurotypical children and families. She is also engaged in psychological assessments for similar populations. She takes a person-centered and systems-based approach to therapy, encouraging clients to show up authentically in sessions while supporting them in establishing community connections. 

 

She was born in Washington D.C. and in her free time she enjoys distance running and caring for her numerous plants.
