Sydney Gainforth
Student Intern

Hello! My name is Sydney Gainforth. I am a third-year undergraduate student pursuing my Bachelor’s of Science in Cognitive Neuropsychology. I am here to assist on the administrative side of Kimel Services as well as in the creation of a Sibshop and background work for assessment reports and scoring. While I am a third-year student, I will be graduating this year and pursuing my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Traumatic Brain Injury rehabilitation.
For the last 5 years I have been a volunteer at Quantum Leap Farm which is an equine assisted therapy organization that serves everyone throughout the lifespan with physical and neurological disabilities and disorders, veterans, and children battling cancer. I also started an on campus club dedicated to sharing the beauty of American Sign Language with students and creating bridges between the deaf community and the university.
In my free time I love to read, hike, and swim. I compete for a gymnastics club and have been training in Taekwondo. I love exploring new restaurants and cafes on the weekends.
