Hi, my name is Karina Ernst (she/her). I’m a first-year student in the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology program at the University of Denver, where I received my Master’s degree in Performance Psychology in 2024. My background is primarily in working with anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ populations, with a particular passion for working with trauma. For my clients, I want to provide a safe, caring, and understanding environment. I look at the whole person without judgement and want to help clients find a deeper self-understanding. I enjoy running, singing, and cooking, and try to get into the mountains as much as possible! I have two wonderful cats whom I adore, and I love spending time with my family.
